You will be the architect of Amgen's event technology landscape and roadmap, driving efficiency and performance through automation, AI, and data-driven insights. You'll manage Amgen's Meeting Technology, Cvent, lead integrations, streamline processes, and work to optimize performance and customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role for a passionate tech leader who thrives on collaboration and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Technology Ownership:Manage Amgen's Meeting Technology platform, Cvent, leading system improvements and integrations.Champion automation, AI, and efficiency initiatives for GMM.Partner with the Cvent team to ensure flawless system operation.Own and manage data collection, aggregation, and reporting.Data & Analytics:Leverage predictive analytics to enhance the Meetings Program.Design and implement performance dashboards to track key metrics.Develop and monitor functional metrics for customer satisfaction, business performance, and operational efficiency.Present insightful reports and analyses to GMM leadershipProcess Optimization:Spearhead process simplification and automation initiatives,leveraging tools like RPA & UiPath.Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency,effectiveness,and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with various functions to implement solutions and track progress. WIN WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU Qualification: Minimum Requirements : Bachelor's degree in technology,Data Analytics, Meeting & Event Managementor related field. 4+ years of experience in event technology management or similar role. Expertise in data analysis,reporting,and dashboard design. Understanding of IT systems, SasS/PaaS (Software as a Service/Platform as a Service) solutions,systemintegrations (API's MuleSoft),and automation tools.
