Establish clear communication and a relationship with customer managers to understand the business strategy and translate it into product strategy. Define product development strategies and plans, taking into account business goals and needs. Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritising projects, and allocating resources efficiently. Monitor the progress of product development, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and business objectives. Analyse market data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges in product development. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices among teams. Monitor product performance in the market, analysing metrics, customer feedback, and competition, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
