Welcome to hospitality excellence with the Lakhani Group!Responsibilities:- Assist in gathering project requirements, conducting site visits, and collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences and needs.- Support the design team in creating concept boards, mood boards, and design presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.- Assist in space planning, furniture layout, and material selection to optimize functionality and aesthetics.- Contribute to the development of detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.- Research and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories to meet project requirements and budget constraints.- Assist in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality execution of design projects.- Support the design team in reviewing project specifications, drawings, and samples for accuracy and compliance with design intent.- Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing design libraries, maintaining project files, and updating project schedules.Requirements:- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in interior design, architecture, or a related field.- Strong design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and spatial arrangement.- Proficiency in design software.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and visual.- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in design documentation.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing project requirements.- Proactive attitude with a passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow.- Previous internship or coursework in interior design, architecture, or related fields is a plus but not required.- Eligible for IEFP's ATIVAR internshipElevate your career in the hospitality sector with LAKHANI GROUP.
