Job Title: Head Chef Salary: €3,400 per month + bonus Location: Albufeira, Portugal This modern and luxurious 5-star hotel located in Algarve is looking for a Head Chef to lead their kitchen brigade This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be part of this well-established hotel chain and make history together! Tasks : * Promote team involvement, initiative, and focus on continuous improvement * Produce high-quality plates both design and taste-wise * In charge of 1 Food and Beverage outlets * Ensure optimal productivity within the team, profitability , and excellent service standards of the dishes * Assisting in the implementation of budgets and cost control * Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately * Leading the team members as a positive role model.
