Core Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of corporate marketing plans to strengthen Sonae positioning and culture, internally and externally. Support the development of market research and be aware of the news and global trends to support brand strategy and positioning. Work with external partners, such as advertising & communication agencies, to ensure the brand positioning and culture are effectively delivered to our stakeholders. Champion the brand guidelines implementation, namely in terms of visual and verbal identity, making sure we keep absolute consistency with the Brand Book rules. Monitor and analyse the brand's initiatives to recommend adjustments to the brand strategy as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand's messaging and positioning is conveyed consistently across all channels and touchpoints. Writing: Messaging exists at the heart of our brand strategy, so having strong writing skills will be determinant to develop effective messaging and build unique stories about Sonae. Communication: clarity and passion about your strategic recommendations to the team and stakeholders. Strategic mindset: Developing or improving upon a branding strategy means understanding our context, how Sonae fits within it, and how to deliver efficiently our positioning. Project management: Enjoy being involved in different projects Adaptability: The context is constantly changing and it helps if you can be adaptable. Planning and Organization: The ability to plan and organize is essential for productivity as well as short time reaction, allowing for better time and task management. Main requirements: Bachelor's or Masters' degree in management, marketing or a related field 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in a corporate setting analytical skills and experience with market research communication and interpersonal skills A good mix of analytical thinking and creative flair Ability to manage multiple projects Fluent in English, written and spoken Digital native is a plus Work Location: Hybrid mode (following the company policy: 3 days at the office)
