We are currently looking for a new member for the Licensing & Urban Planning team to join us in the position of Analyst, Licensing & Urban Planning . Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Lisbon
Requirements:

Degree in Architecture/engineering or related field; From 3-5 years of experience in urbanistic matters, preferably inreal estate development and management industry; knowledge of licensing and urbanistic regulations and procedures; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and in a team environment; Fluency in Portuguese and English. Responsibilities:

Provide technical advice on licensing and urbanistic matters related to real estatedevelopment and management projects; Draft, review and negotiate documents, contracts and agreements related tolicensing and urbanistic matters; Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internalpolicies and procedures; Work with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth andeffective project development and management. Responsibilities:
