If you are/have …? 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;? Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of valuation principles and techniques (income, market, and asset based approach) with regards to business valuation;? Strong analytical skills, problem solver, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous and enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment;? Ability to research and analyse pertinent client, industry, and financial matters, while demonstrating strong technical and analytical skills;? Being flexible when adapting to changing client needs and market conditions;? Ability to manage multiple threads of tasks and / or engagements;? Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative team environment;? Sound knowledge of recognized valuation guidelines, such as IPEV guidelines or IVS;? Sound knowledge of industry software's and tools (i.e. Bloomberg, S&P CapIQ, and/or advanced Excel modelling);? Knowledge of option pricing models;?
