We seek a motivated Visual Arts Teacher to inspire creativity and develop students' technical and artistic skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver visual arts lessons aligned with Cambridge IGCSE and IB Visual Arts curricula.
Inspire creativity and critical thinking through diverse artistic styles.
Adapt teaching to meet varied learning needs and abilities.
Foster a collaborative, experimental classroom environment.
Support student development across various artistic mediums.
Use assessment data to track progress and offer constructive feedback.
Leverage technology to enhance artistic learning and expression.
Create a safe, inclusive space that values artistic diversity.
Engage students in extracurricular art activities and competitions.
Collaborate with colleagues and pursue professional development.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field, with international experience preferred.
A valid teaching qualification and experience teaching visual arts at the secondary level.
A passion for fostering creativity in students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills and a collaborative approach to teaching.
A commitment to student welfare and safeguarding.
Proficiency in English and innovative teaching practices.
