We are recruiting Transactions Monitoring Analyst (M/F) Porto .
Bring your energy and join a growing Team! You will be responsible for the compliance with international regulations and internal policies. Specifically, these will be your tasks:
• Taking on responsibility for handling alerts identified by the software tool,;
• Detect and react to operational and client priorities;
• Perform investigations using Web open sources, internal tools, and client contact.;
• Monitor clients answers and control its deadlines, perform chases in due time, request reissues and cancelation of payments when needed;
• Investigate and escalate alerts for validation;
• Report any atypical transactions and/or incidents; You must have:
• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar;
• Experience in customer transactions, due diligence, Sanctions & Embargoes;
• Availability to work in different schedules (holidays, early and latest shits);
• Advanced knowledge in office;
• English (B1 minimum). Our offer:
