Training and Capacity Building Expert – Fiscal Policy Location: Europe Duration: Short-term (deliver up to 2 targeted training sessions) Estimated Workload: Short- to medium-term engagement About the Opportunity: We are creating a pool of Training and Capacity Building Experts – Fiscal Policy for a new FWC Contract: EC-SG REFORM/2025/OP/0001: Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State.
Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise.

Key Responsibilities: Develop a training map and deliver two tailored training sessions (15 participants each).
Prepare training content on fiscal risk management, sustainability, and EU recommendations.
Coordinate with national counterparts to ensure practical applicability of sessions.
Evaluate learning outcomes and contribute to final reporting.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in training design and delivery in public finance or fiscal policy.
Strong understanding of EU budgetary procedures and fiscal frameworks.
Previous delivery of trainings in institutional or governmental settings.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
