For our NBS Total Service Quality Department, located within Nestlé Business Service (NBS) Center, Lisbon, Portugal, we are currently looking for a:Total Service Quality Specialist.Key responsibilities:Preparing and Delivering presentations related to TSQ Awareness and Status of its evolution in the different Western European Markets;
Delivering Service Orientation Workshop;
Maintaining Dashboard for the Operations Reviews with the Markets;
Participating in the Operational Reviews with the Markets;
Following up with Markets and CoS on commitments;
Education and experience:Degree or Master Degree;
Has demonstrated Service orientation Mindset
Solid experienced in NCE practices
Understanding of CoS Services (specially related to O2C) would be appreciated
Facilitation and presentation Skills
Strong Skills in Excel and database manipulation
Clear understanding of processes and of organizational design and interfaces.
Strong stakeholder Management capabilities.
Fluent in English, any other language is an asset.
