Join our team as a Tender Manager and play a key role in developing winning proposals for medium and low-voltage electrical distribution projects !Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the office (Lisbon-Carnaxide).Your Key Responsibilities:? Tender & Proposal Management – Analyze RFQs, define bid strategies, and coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial offers.? Risk Assessment & Mitigation – Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans with technical experts.? Customer & Stakeholder Communication – Act as the key liaison between internal teams, factories, and clients to ensure project alignment.? Contract Negotiation – Support and lead contract discussions, ensuring proposals meet customer needs while maintaining profitability.? Performance Monitoring & Improvement – Track tender performance, analyze lessons learned, and contribute to process optimization.What We're Looking For:?? Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering (preferably with a focus on electrical systems), or related fields.?? 3 + years of experience in tendering or proposal management, preferably in technological tendering for electrical distribution projects.?? Strong communication & negotiation skills – Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, from suppliers to customers.?? Project Management mindset – Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.?? Software proficiency – Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD, SAP, Visio (ETAP/E-Plan knowledge is a plus).??
