For one of our clients – a well-established company, offering products and services in a variety of fields. We are looking for motivated, approachable and adaptable individuals for the role of Telecommunication Support Agent with German and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing customer support across multiple channels
Assisting with administrative and technical inquiries
Analyzing and efficiently resolving customer queries on a case-by-case basis
Escalating complex cases or calls to relevant departments as needed
Regularly updating systems and making necessary changes
Requirements:
Great German skills (C1+) and solid English skills (B1)
Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor
Organized and communicative, able to adapt to different situations
Available and motivated to work in shifts, learn and improve along the way
Familiar with MS Office applications
