Your responsibilities include: You will identify, reply to, and solve customer requests via phone, email, and chat.

For Businesses: You will assist merchants in creating and managing their listings.
You will help businesses get their listings verified.
You will moderate review management, including review removal requests and responding to customer reviews.
You will educate business owners on how our functions work.
You will troubleshoot any upcoming issues.
You will educate merchants on app store business guidelines.
For Customers: You will support customers in creating, setting up, and managing their accounts, as well as helping them download and install apps and content.
You will troubleshoot any issues customers face with their account, such as payment issues.
You will process refund requests.
You will help customers report issues related to unauthorized charges and process related requests.
You will guide customers on using gift cards.
Requirements: You must have a native level of German and a good level of English.
Preferably, you have experience in technical support.
You should stay up-to-date with tech topics.
You must be motivated and committed to your work.
You should be excited about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
You must be willing to relocate to Athens for an international career and life experience.
You must have a valid Greek work permit.
