At Switch, we have the challenge to build a product that it’s huge and must be scalable to match the most use cases possible. Furthermore, it also needs to be reliable to process millions of transactions for some of the largest online businesses in the world, complying with extremely critical security rules.

Your role:
Working closely with our prospective clients to help them design, plan and execute their integrations with the Switch Platform
Assessing all technical requirements and support the sales process
Engaging with potential clients in business and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organisation, including CTO, COO, and CFO
Consulting and advising clients regarding the best implementation practices and address client-specific issues
Performing detailed product demos
Managing, completing and checking highly technical RFP documents and processes
Gather client requirements and interact with the Development team to define project scope and conduct end-to-end commercial proposals
Engaging with Product and Development teams around roadmap features to ensure you stay updated and help improve the product by adding feedback from customer development
Idealising and producing technical documentation to improve our sales approach

Main requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline
1+ years of experience in a software product/consulting company, dealing with clients directly
Technical stack knowledge of frontend, backend and DevOps solutions widely used in the IT industry
Ability to quickly absorb complex business requirements and architecture specifications and pinpoint how the Switch Platform can tackle them
Experience handling applications for RFI and RFP processes within the IT industry
Motivation to work with and learn from multiple stakeholders in the complex payments industry
Excellent communication and writing skills: ability to articulate clearly, adapting to different audiences
Ability to work well under pressure and autonomously, with a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Proficiency in other languages
