Technical Consultant

Responsibility: 1.Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user; 2.Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user; 3.Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer; 4.Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers; 5.Give service training to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills; 6.Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains; 7.Other tasks needed from Snibe Requirements: 1.At lease 3years' experience worked in IVD area, have strong technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure; 2.Able to use English as working language.
