Lisbon, Portugal – On-site Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and business process outsourcing to hire a Team Trainer for the German-speaking team on a leading insurance support project .
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in developing talent and ensuring high service quality in a dynamic, multicultural contact center environment.
Your Role: Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing development support to existing team members Monitor agent performance, provide real-time feedback, and coach advisors towards achieving their KPIs Collaborate with team leaders and quality analysts to identify skill gaps and improvement areas Stay updated on tools, processes, and policy changes Foster a motivating and inclusive learning environment Your Qualifications: Native or near-native German (C2) and strong command of English Previous experience in customer service , coaching , or training in a contact center environment Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the insurance or healthcare sector is a plus Analytical mindset and ability to provide constructive feedback Solution-oriented and comfortable in fast-paced settings The Offer: Full-time, on-site position in our Lisbon office (Sete Rios) Comprehensive relocation support (flight reimbursement & accommodation assistance) Daily meal allowance and private health insurance from day one Recurring permanency bonus every quarter International, inclusive company culture and growth opportunities Full support with local documentation and integration Recruitment Process: Phone interview with Workster recruiter Online language assessment (German & English) Interview with HR of the partner company Final interview with the client Ready to start your international career in Portugal?
