Our company is a leading technology consulting and engineering firm with a presence in various countries. We are looking to hire a Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our consultants, serving as their day-to-day point of contact and actively participating in the recruitment and talent development processes within the organization. Your mission will be to handle recruitment and selection tasks, ensuring a positive experience for all professionals and contributing to the team's growth. Your main responsibilities will include: Talent selection: actively participating in recruitment processes (posting job openings, conducting interviews, coordinating with managers, onboarding, etc.). Development and well-being: promoting engagement, motivation, and professional development within the teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1.5–2 years of experience in recruitment roles (consulting, temporary staffing agency, HR department, etc.). Portuguese (C2 level). English (fluent). Spanish (conversational level) Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented. Passion for people and for creating positive and collaborative work environments.
