Job ResponsibilitiesExperience with establishing, documenting and maintaining disaster and backup & recovery procedures; Develops basic and complex Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR) and Emergency Response plans to effectively minimize the impact of internal and/or external threats to the hard and soft assets of the organization and assists with the implementation of BC/DR plans; Performs risk management analysis and documents for disaster and backup & recovery plan; Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems; Working knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as server, load balancer, firewall, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, Citrix, Avamar, Backup, Storage and VMWare; Experience working with datacenter operations (cloud or on-premises); Ability to identify key metrics and reporting methods that lead to actionable operational insight; Implements and supports the policies, procedures and programs that ensure the recovery and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology in the event of a disruption or unanticipated disaster; Knowledge of DORA regulations; Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB management, Change management processes as it relates to disaster recovery planning; is a PLUS.Availability: ImmediateLocation: LisbonWork Mode: Hybrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
