Supply Chain Manager (Mandarin-Speaking)

Now, we're seeking a Supply Chain Manager with native-level Mandarin and excellent English to optimize our supply chain, ensure smooth operations, and drive growth.
About the Role As our Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and analyzing our supply chain operations.
You'll work directly with suppliers and manufacturers, ensure timely delivery of products, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our supply chain.
NB: This role requires you to be in our Lisbon office approx.
4 days per week.
TasksSupplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, particularly in Mandarin-speaking regions, ensuring clear and effective communication.Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.Order Coordination: Oversee the order lifecycle from placement to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.Data Analysis: Use data to make informed decisions, track KPIs, and provide reports on supply chain performance.Negotiation: Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms with suppliers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, logistics, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.RequirementsNative-Level Mandarin: Flawless written and spoken Mandarin for supplier communication.Excellent English Skills: Strong fluency in English for internal communication.Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to analyze complex data and solve problems effectively.Incredible Organization: A highly organized approach with exceptional attention to detail.Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently.Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills are a major plus for this role.Professional Experience: Some professional experience in a relevant field, even if not directly in supply chain management, is required.
