BETTER Tasks Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for software applications Provide technical and troubleshooting support to stakeholders Test and debug code to ensure it meets quality standards and is free of defects together with IT QA engineer team Work with other developers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions Participate and involve in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and software processes Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve coding skills and software quality Contribute to project / sprint planning, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of development tasks Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software issues as needed Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements and propose innovative solutions Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or coding Good understanding of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, Node JS).
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed Good understanding on working with AWS (e.g.
lambdas, Se, DynamoDB , etc) Good understanding on working in a CICD approach (e.g.
