Responsibilities:
?? Solution Development: Design, develop, and test technical solutions using RPG, CL, SQL, and AS400.
?? Requirements Translation: Convert business needs into functional specs and detailed test plans.
?? Testing & QA: Create and execute test scenarios and scripts to ensure solution quality.
?? Change Management: Handle change requests and ensure project timelines are met.
?? Progress Reporting: Provide weekly updates on milestones, risks, and resource needs.
?? Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
?? Documentation: Ensure clear documentation for end users and IT support teams.
??? Support & Maintenance: Provide support for the Olympic application and in-house developments.
Requirements:
?? Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
?? Experience:
3+ years working with the AS400 platform3+ years in software development, including analysis and specification writing?? Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of RPG IV, CL, and SQL?? Languages:
Fluent in English French is a plus Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in-office)
