We are looking for a professional with: 8-10+ years of experience in the IT industry.
3+ years of experience in General Manager/CEO/Country Manager/Unit Manager or similar positions.
3+ years of experience in people/project management positions in global and/or matrix companies.
Proven experience leading 80-100+ employees in the IT sector.
Strong technical background in technology delivery and project management.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and transformation initiatives.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Hands-on leader capable of balancing strategic oversight with detailed operational involvement when necessary.
Experience in different aspects of business: Project Management, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, Budgeting, global company processes.
