You will be working at one of our world class ServiceCenters; however, you will have the opportunity to travel to other locations toassist and learn when possible and needed.
Responsibilities / This is your job
·Workin a team-wide and worldwide capacity, engaging with service technicians andengineers alike to solve problems and establish best practices.
·Partnerwith team members to drive efficiency and resolve complex issues.
·SupportAssociate Technicians and Technicians in adopting Tesla repair methods asdescribed in Internal Service Documentation
·Performmid to high-level work in the inspection, repair, and service of Tesla electricvehicles
·Followour guidelines to reach and maintain our ambitious quality level
·Supportapprentice technicians as needed
·Inspectingvehicles prior to customer delivery
·Supportother Service Centers on an as-needed basis
·Workon challenging and developing environment that set expectations to you and yourdeadlines
·Operatevariety of hand-powered, and motorized shop tools as well as calibrate andinspect equipment.
Qualifications / This is you
·3or 4 year college degree in a car mechanical or electrical-related disciplineand around 4 years working as a Vehicle Service technician in the AutomotiveField
·Methods,techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair ofvehicles including; testing, diagnosis, HVAC service, hydraulic, brakes,testing and repair of electronic systems and modules
·Abilityto identify issues and make recommendations to improve existing processes.
·Experienceusing scan tools, following diagnostics and operating scopes/DVOM equipment
·Ableto read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
·Ademonstrated ability to learn and adapt to change while delivering exceptionalcustomer service
·Abilityto cooperate as a dynamic team and perform as a group before your individualcontributions.
·Abasic command of the English Language
·Avalid driver’s license
