We are looking for a Senior Service Now Developer.
Main Skills:Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Customize and extend Service Now applications using Java Script, Jelly, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform configuration tools.Develop and optimize automated workflows using Flow Designer to streamline business processes.Manage and enhance the CMDB and CSDM models, ensuring data integrity and alignment with ITIL standards.Implement and troubleshoot the Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) to maintain accurate CI data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and functional) in a multicultural environment, providing support and expertise throughout the development lifecycle.Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and performance tuning.Ensure clear and effective communication with stakeholders in English, and optionally in French and/or Spanish.Essential:Technical and functional expertise on Service Now (mandatory).Including : Javascript, REST/SOAP, Jelly.Mastering of Service Now Flow Designer, CMDB/CSDM and IRE mechanism.Fluent in English (mandatory).Fluent in French and/or Spanish (highly valuable).Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.????
