Job Description Your contribution to something big: Address complex radar signal processing (RSP) challenges post Start-of-Production (SOP), ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Advanced Problem Analysis: Lead investigations into RSP issues to identify root causes and develop solutions that improve system performance and reliability.
Customer Variant Strategy Development: Evaluate and implement RSP customizations to meet diverse customer requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance satisfaction.
Engineering Change Leadership: Manage the impacts of engineering change requests on RSP functionality, offering guidance on best practices for maintaining system integrity.
Comprehensive Documentation Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of documentation for RSP processes, changes, and customer variants, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Cross-Functional Strategic Collaboration: Act as a liaison among manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance to facilitate communication and achieve project goals.
Technical Mentorship: Provide mentorship on advanced RSP capabilities and foster a culture of learning within the organization.
Trend Analysis and Future Development: Monitor RSP technology trends and costumer feedback to advocate and aid future development decisions.
Process Optimization Leadership: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and operational performance in RSP engineering.
Qualifications What distinguishes you:   Education:  MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science Personality and working method:  Analytical Thinker: capable of analyzing complex data, enjoy problem-solving and with detail-oriented mindset.
Data-driven approach is key.

Experience in radar signal processing is advantageous.
