As a Senior Product Designer, you will do more than design interfaces — you will play a key role in driving product strategy, crafting meaningful user journeys, and bringing innovative ideas, all while aligning with business goals and delivery timelines.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESActively integrate the product design vision into your daily work.
deliver intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences that align with our tech stack, product strategy, and business priorities.Ensure the quality, performance, and coherence of the experiences design, from user flows to interface details while maintaining alignment with our Product processes, Design System, and delivery goals.Contribute to the macro-scoping of key initiatives.
Partner with PMs/POs to define the optimal product scope based on delivery constraints, technical feasibility, design considerations, and the construction of Bedrock's core product experience.Identify design opportunities aligned with product strategy and translate them into impactful, value-driven solutions.
Bring a strong voice to strategic product conversations, using qualitative and quantitative insights from UX research to inform decisions.Drive the design process end-to-end from research and ideation to delivery and iteration, adapting to context, timelines, and user/client needs.
You will structure and deliver high-quality design outputs independently, aligned with our definition of Ready/Done.Work collaboratively with Product Managers, developers, and designers to ensure consistent execution across platforms.
You will co-design solutions, ensure alignment with scope and business goals, and advocate for user-centric thinking at every step.Facilitate and lead client workshops in English-speaking contexts.
