Senior Manager Controlling Services

About the Role
Lead the newly established Global Controlling Shared Services organization supporting plants, R&D, and central functions across Europe, Asia, and North America.
Drive standardization, process excellence, and business partnering while building a high-performing global controlling team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Global Controlling Shared Services team.
Build a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
Standardize and continuously improve controlling processes across the Group.
Define process ownership, governance, KPIs, and service standards.
Drive knowledge transfer and ensure process documentation is complete and up to date.
Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business Functions to support strategic decision-making.
Lead budgeting, reporting, and performance management activities within the team.
Drive SAP Controlling process improvements and finance digitalization initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction across all regions.
Your Profile
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
8+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance within an international manufacturing environment.
Previous leadership experience in finance or controlling.
Strong understanding of manufacturing controlling and business partnering.
Experience with SAP (FI/CO); S/4HANA is an advantage.
Proven experience leading process improvements and organizational change.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Accounting background is beneficial.
Big 4 experience is beneficial.
Fluent in English.
