Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (m/f) to join a prestigious fund management company based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities: Sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities; Responsible forthe preparation of investment evaluation memorandums, business plans and investment thesis; Coordination and execution of due diligence processes until the legal and financial closing of the transaction; Financialstatements and models analysis; Monitoring the performance and profitability of investments; Coordinating and supervising the work of a junior analyst; Establishing and managing relationships with investors and potential investors, including participation in conferences, roadshows, and networking events; Representing the company in external meetings and maintaining active engagement with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements: Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar; Minimum of three years of professional experience, particularly in analysis, projections, financial viability studies and investment decisions; Professional experience in an audit/consultancy context will be valued; Fluency in English, written and spoken (required); Strong communication and argumentation skills; Dedication, proactivity, persistence, autonomy and problem-solving skills.
Mastery of Excel and Power point.
