As a Senior Business Process Consultant in Finance, you will provide consulting services to SAP clients on an international scale both remotely and onsite as well as act as coach and mentor to more junior consultants. You will also act as community lead, stream lead or topic owner within an internal community.
ABOUT SAP Near Shore Services Centre PORTUGAL
Within SAP® Consulting, Service Delivery Center EMEA, the Near Shore Services Centre is a group that provides SAP consulting services to SAP customers. This group serves EMEA customers via tight cooperation with other local SAP consulting teams. This means regional delivery commitment in areas including SAP S/4 HANA Finance applications and solutions for Financial Services industries.
In this role, you will:
Deploy pre-engineered and “assemble-to-order” delivery principles to reduce customers’ Total Cost of Investment
Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Participate in Statement of Work creation and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager
Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
Deliver billable components that meet a customer’s needs
Participate in international projects and travel frequently.
University degree in Informatics, Economics, Accounting/Finance or related business background
Experience in a minimum of five full-cycle implementations
Good knowledge of ERP architecture
Good knowledge in financial, accounting, controlling, assets and treasury
Open-minded with good presentation and communication skills
Well-developed customer focus
Learning capacity and the will to acquire new skills
Fluent in English (at business level) as well as Spanish, Italian, French or Portuguese
Strong knowledge in accounting and legal reporting
At least 6 years’ experience in implementation of SAP FI (FI, CO_CO-PA, CO-PC, AA and TR)
Able to travel for assignments (short term and long term) (up to 80% of working time)
Knowledge in ABAP/debug and integration of FI with other SAP modulus is an advantage.
