Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead and supervise a team of data scientists, fostering collaboration and implementing standard processes across projects. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing advanced machine learning models and statistical algorithms, ensuring their deployment and integration with existing systems. Collaboration with the Data Engineering team is essential for seamless deployment of machine learning algorithms to enhance overall functionality.
Skills:
Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent fields Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum Required) Experience with the end-to-end Data Science cycle: from data collection to model deployment and monitoring Proven experience with Deep Learning and NLP models Strong data exploratory skills Strong knowledge of ML/Optimization techniques (Classification, Regression, Clustering, Outlier identification) and statistical methodologies (Distributions, Hypothesis testing, Bayesian framework) Proficient programming experience in Python, Spark, and SQL Experience working within Agile Frameworks (SCRUM/KANBAN) Effective communication and team-building skills Ability to identify and harness opportunities for applying data science Software/Tools:
Python Spark SQL Machine Learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Certifications & Standards:
Agile certification (SCRUM/KANBAN) advantageous Relevant certifications in Data Science or Machine Learning
