Data Science(DSci) is at the heart of the business linking clients to the statistical backroom. We are responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards, communicating statistical concepts and providing relevant insight and solutions to client needs.
We are looking for someone to take on the role of DSci Client Service Executive in order to become a Statistical Partner for internal and external clients by leading on strategic and quality topics while ensuring statistical and operational requirements are met.
Ensuring DSci services are delivered to the highest quality standards.
Driving the roll out of new or enhanced services providing an integrated statistical
Acting as abusiness partnerto country, sub-regional and other senior stakeholders.
Collaborating with them to provide solutions to complex client issues related to statistical related methodology and execution
Providing expert technicalconsultation directly with both internal and external clients.
Working acrossmultiple countriesas part of a wider European MSci team with opportunities to travel
Having opportunities to identify and develop top talent and lead teams
Degree level (Scientific)/Mathematics/Data Science & proven experience withinstatisticson a similar position
Excellent knowledge of data mining
R/Python, SAS, SQL or similar skills are required
Advanced proficiency in Google Drive (Spread Sheets,…) and in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Exceptional aptitude for data analysis and creativeproblem-solving
Experience working withclientsand client services
A strongcommunicatorwho is able to explain technical issues in a non-technical way.
Strong and product management skills
An enthusiastic and flexible team player.
