What are you going to do?
Lead and coordinate a team of BI developers, ensuring quality of deliverables and promote best practices in development; Act as the main point of contact between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring that the developed solutions are fully aligned with business needs and goals; Manage clientand stakeholder relationships; Design and implement efficient and scalable data models for business analysis; Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (Cloud and On-Prem); Perform data integration, optimize queries and models for performance; Conduct technical tests and validations to ensure deliverable quality; Lead code reviews, pair programming sessions, and quality/security audits; Contribute tostrategic technical decisions and propose improvements or innovative solutions; What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field; +5 years of professional experience in BI development, with a focus on Power BI (Cloud & On-Premises); Solid experience in data modeling, report/dashboard development, and data integration ; Hands-on experience with tools such as Dataiku, Azure, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and Jira ; Strong experience in technical testing, performance optimization, and incident diagnosis ; Advanced ability in writing technical specifications and conducting code reviews/audits; Ability to manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders and application managers; Experience inteam leadership and coordination of development activities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proactive mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and propose solutions; Experience working with Agile methodologies and distributed teams; Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1) – mandatory; Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement What do we have to offer you?
