The Role: AI Engineer (MLOps & Generative AI)

We are looking for aSenior Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialistwith4+ years of experiencein Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections to join our finance team.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and outstanding balances;
Drive collection activities and follow up on overdue invoices;
Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment disputes;
Monitor aging reports and support cash collection targets;
Investigate billing discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal teams;
Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and prepare collection reports.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Control;
Experience managing customer portfolios and collection processes;
Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Fluent English;
Valid work permit for Portugal.
