For the academic year 2025-2026 (September), we are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated School Psychologist to join the Upper School Wellbeing Team.
Requirements Master's degree in Psychology (preferably Educational, Clinical, or Developmental) Registration with the Portuguese Psychologists' Association (OPP) Professional experience with adolescents in educational settings Knowledge of SEN processes, adolescent development, and group facilitation Fluent English speaker.
Key Responsibilities Provide individual psychological support to students navigating emotional, social, or academic challenges Support the identification and follow-up of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Deliver career guidance programmes Co-facilitate sexuality and relationships education aligned with age-appropriate and culturally sensitive frameworks Liaise with families and external professionals Contribute to the development of school-wide well-being initiatives and policies This is a key role within a proactive and student-centred department, focused on promoting emotional well-being, inclusive education, and developmental guidance for adolescents in an international setting.
