HRIT People are working with a client who has a growing SAP SuccessFactors practice in Portugal, with colleagues also in Northern Europe that focus on international SAP SuccessFactors Implementations.
The local team is currently searching for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with working experience in Performance & Goal Management.
The Position: The SuccessFactors PMGM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising the SuccessFactors PMGM module.
The Specialist will serve as the technical expert, ensuring the system is configured correctly and providing support for ongoing improvements.
Responsibilities : System Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure the SuccessFactors PMGM module according to business requirements.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure system configurations align with organisational policies and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to PMGM System Maintenance & Optimisation: Perform routine system audits to ensure data integrity and optimal system performance.
Maintain and update system configurations and workflows based on HR process changes or business needs.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously optimize and improve user experience.
User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to HR users, hiring managers, and employees, ensuring efficient use of the Performance & Goals management module in SAP SuccessFactors.
Conduct user training sessions for internal teams on system functionality, processes, and best practices.
Develop and maintain training materials for end users.
Experience : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
SuccessFactors PMGM certification (preferred).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors PMGM Module.
Hands-on experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support in SuccessFactors.
Experience in HR technology and/or HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) implementation or management.
Familiarity with HR workflows, performance strategies, and best practices.
The Position is paying up to 45,000 Euro, and the team operates on a hybrid model with 1-2 days a week meeting in the Lisbon Office.
