- 3–5+ years of experience in release management, preferably in SAP
- Solid knowledge of SAP Success Factors and interaction with SAP vendors
- Experience in HR and payroll systems, ideally within the French regulatory context
- Proven track record in executing governance processes such as CAB and change control
- Familiarity with data compliance and data purging strategies (e.G., GDPR)
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Strong proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in cross-functional and international teams
- Technologically curious, with an interest in HR tech innovation and automation Hybrid working mode: Lisbon or Oporto
