Responsibilities: Achieve Targeted revenue & GP Margin: Achieve the targeted Revenue and GP margin by driving customer breadth, product mixing, regional coverage, and coverage of all customer segments.Develop a database of channel partners in order to find new customers and increase the volume of business with existing ones.
Analyze the customer database in the assigned region in order to identify new opportunities and growth strategies for the assigned region.Report to the respective product manager the results and actions on closed business and submit a forecast for the forthcoming month and lost business listing out valid reasons.Marketing & Sales Planning: Communicate to the customers regularly any promotions/special offers in a timely and professional manner.Vendor & Reseller Relations: Develop, execute, and maintain good relations with the reseller channel in the assigned region.Team Work: Facilitate, solve work problems, and participate in the activities of the sales team, assisting the team in developing selling strategies to maximize profitability.Job Qualifications and Educational Requirements: Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales.Preferably experience with HP products.At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.Experience selling IT Hardware products is a must.Experience in IT distribution.Good market knowledge and analysis.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
