We're looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our growing team and help clients leverage the full potential of Odoo.
The role We're seeking a technically savvy Sales Engineer with Odoo expertise who can bridge the gap between our sales and technical teams.
As an Odoo Sales Engineer, you'll work closely with Account Executives to drive the technical sales process, demonstrating Odoo's capabilities to prospective clients and designing customized solutions to meet their business needs.
Key Responsibilities Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop Odoo-based solutions that address their business challenges Deliver compelling demonstrations of Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and more Configure and customize Odoo instances for prospect-specific demonstrations and proof of concepts Design technical solutions and implementation roadmaps for prospective clients Respond to technical RFPs and prepare customized presentations for prospects Serve as the Odoo technical expert during the sales cycle, addressing customer questions and concerns Help customers understand how Odoo will integrate with their existing systems and improve business processes Provide feedback to our development team on custom module requirements based on customer needs Stay current with Odoo updates, new modules, and implementation best practices Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar customer-facing technical role Direct experience with Odoo ERP software (version 14 or newer) Understanding of business processes across departments (sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, manufacturing) Experience with Python, XML, and PostgreSQL (beneficial for understanding Odoo's technical architecture) Knowledge of API integrations and data migration methodologies Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex ERP concepts to various audiences Experience with solution selling and the B2B software sales process Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in Portuguese and English Junior Candidates Welcome !
