We are looking for an RPA Developer for a hybrid position (Porto).
Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Point of contact: for Ui Path software robots in a production environment, assisting end-users with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to RPA processes and tools.
Monitoring and maintenance: Monitoring RPA processes and systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently, as well as performing routine maintenance and updates to optimize performance.
Documentation and reporting: Documenting support tickets, resolutions, and best practices, as well as providing regular reports on the performance and health of RPA processes to stakeholders.
Process improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize RPA processes, as well as collaborating with the development team to implement improvements.
Training and knowledge sharing: Providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders, as well as sharing knowledge and best practices within the RPA support team.
Stakeholder communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and RPA developers, to understand their needs and provide timely and effective support.
Quality assurance: Ensuring that RPA processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements, as well as participating in testing and validation activities.
Continuous learning: Staying updated with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices, as well as continuously improving skills and knowledge in the field of robotics and automation
