The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients.
Activities of this team include:
Headcount monitoring & reporting (ExCo Dashboard…)
Systems administration (SPEAR, MyDev, RefOG…)
Appraisals & 180° processes management
Learning & Development support & reporting
Micro Processes management (SMPs, JAD…)ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure CIB Europe RefOG administration regarding RefOG central administration and the quality of service returned, by treating daily received messages concerning collaborators, organizational charts and buildings
Assist managers & business understanding the tool and its dependencies and propose solutions for organization modelisation
Contribute to the good working of the RefOG clients tools:
Insure first technical level for regional CIB administrators, and answer to their requests
Insure interactions with CIB RefOG correspondent. Participate to daily best practice sharing.
Represent CIB in comities/meeting regarding RefOG topics
Develop and enhance the current processes & services, proposing improvements to better serve our clients
Setup and follow up of the project from the specifications up to the go livePROFILE
BSc degree in IT, Finance, Management, Business Administration or related
Fluent in French
Good level of English
Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint etc.)
Knowledge in Systems administration & support
