Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German .
Provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes.
Requirements: Fluency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Good command of English for internal communication.

Ability to adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Comfortable working remotely with a stable internet connection.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
