Responsibilities:
Representation of BMS before key stakeholders and institutions in your geographic area of responsibility
Access planning and management of the hospitals under your responsibility in all company areas: Haematology, Immuno-Oncology and Innovative Medicines, demonstrating extensive knowledge of therapeutic areas and products.
Strategic and tactical access planning: design of plan and goals.
Strategic value interface for Pharmacy and key Commissions of the hospital.
Preparation of materials for visits, with the support of the different internal sources (Market Access, Medical, Business Units etc.)
Leadership in the development of projects and programmes, providing a vision of integrated access.
Leadership of the Account Management project with regard to your selected accounts.
Identification, segmentation and profiling of key contacts in the healthcare centres in your geographical responsibility.
Identification of access needs and opportunities
Identification, presentation and implementation of strategic access programmes and projects of value.
Competitive intelligence of prices, policies, activities and strategies of the market.
Responsibility for your zone and hospitals for the implementation of access projects and events
Value anticipation, support and insides for the function of Bids & Tenders.
Collaboration in the dissemination, negotiation and monitoring of commercial policies
Analysis and monitoring of the evolution of sales together with the cross-functional team
Management of contacts and visits
Communication of the value of products in the areas of Haematology, Immuno-Oncology and Innovative Medicines and the creation of company image
Monitoring, collection, integration and circulation of market access information of your hospitals and key stakeholders, anticipating and analysing trends.
Full report of visits
Circulation of market access information to the cross-functional team
Identification of potential crises with regard to access and involvement in proposals and action plan
Monitoring, collection and communication of results.

Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Health Sciences.
Five (5) or more years in a position in the pharmaceutical industry engaging in dialogue with Health Administrations, Hospitals and the organisations depending on them (value given to experience in Hospital Pharmacy or health administration)
Mastery of office automation (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, IPad etc.)
Extensive knowledge of the National Health System and health policies
Demonstration of capacity of extensive scientific knowledge to defend and highlight the clinical aspects in the therapeutic areas of your responsibility: Haematology, Immuno-Oncology and Innovative Medicines.
Knowledge and leadership of relationships with key stakeholders for the pharmaceutical industry at all levels within Health Organisations.
Proven operational excellence in the launch of drugs on the hospital market
