As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment processes, vendor management, and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively, driving results through a data-driven approach.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.Manage the entire recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Oversee vendor management and establish relationships with external recruitment agencies.Utilize data analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.Guide and mentor recruitment team members to enhance their skills and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Conduct interviews and lead the selection process for key positions.Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.RequirementsDiploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4-18 years of experience in corporate and contract recruitment.Proven ability in data-driven recruiting methodologies.Exceptional interviewing skills and ability to assess candidates effectively.Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated team leadership capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
