About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our Recruiter in day-to-day recruitment activity.
This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
You will have direct exposure to various recruitment processes and the chance to contribute to process improvements over time.
If you are a fast learner and organized, this role will give you the foundation to grow in the field of recruitment.
Key Responsibilities Assist in updating job posting and screening candidates through applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the recruitment team in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with candidate information and hiring progress.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups via email or phone.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as social media content creation and career fair coordination.
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as organizing resumes, scheduling meetings, and preparing interview guides.
Qualifications Required No prior experience required.
Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or Psychology.
Proficiency in English, both conversation and writing.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
