Professionals who use personal experience and business/technical knowledge to make rational and timely decisions and will call on other references and resources as necessary. Discretion and judgment must be used to make basic decisions while more difficult decisions are referred to higher levels to be resolved. General work direction is provided and completed assignments are reviewed for compliance with processes, standards and adherence to SAP policies.

Apply 3X pipeline
Effective interview process/scheduling
Effective/preemptive background investigations
Offer closing skills
Actively contributes in weekly client meetings
Proactively communicates with clients
Develop client business presentations and deliver them
Issue identification, resolution and problem solving
Recruiting Reporting & Metrics and provide updates to client groups
Minimum 3-5 year relevant professional experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
4-Year Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable experience
