Fuller affiliates from other regions.Primary Responsibilities: Determination of demand and procurement of materials for production according to planned production or forecast, in line with product formulations and according to sourcing strategy.Ensure on time availability of materials aligned with production plan demand.Manages Stock levels for raw materials and packaging in co-operation with Supply Chain Manager and Warehouse.Interfaces with Sourcing and other supply chain functions – namely Production Scheduling, to align processes and potential improvements.Attending meetings with suppliers (operational topics to be discussed with own responsibility, higher level topics in accordance with sourcing management).Data analysis and reporting (forecasts, inventory level development, slow moving's, turnover statistics, etc.
)Supplier Complaint/Claim processing and follow up.Consignment stock settlement (if applicable).Definition of safety stocks using the company tools - GIB - and aligned with business strategy.Responsible to maintain data integrity in SAP for the materials under his/her responsibility.Minimum Requirements:Finished Apprenticeship, ideally business administrationMin.
2-3 years job experience in purchasing or sourcing position.Language skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and English, further language such as German would be a plus.Computer skills: familiar with SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.Personal skills: teamworking, accountable, reliable, persistent, good communicator, very good sense of time; ability to work under timely pressure, capacity to prioritize.#LI-SC1#LI-Onsite
