Our client is a refereal on automotive sector and his looking for a quality engineer with some experience on automotive sector.responsabilidades chaveResponsible for supporting the construction and improvement of ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and other quality management systems, environmental systems, and other related systems, leading internal and external audit, and effective control operation;Responsible supporting the customer quality service, supply chain quality control, guide the control and management of supplier quality and cost improvement;Responsible for supporting the development/improvement of incoming material inspection standards, process inspection, final product inspection standards, and the control and disposition of nonconforming products;Responsible for supporting major quality analysis meetings, coordinating communication and cooperation among different section, and carrying out major quality improvement and cost reduction projects;Responsible supporting for pre-project supplier quality management, including pre-project supplier quality requirement docking, supplier sample quality confirmation, supplier APQP development whole process management: project important node supplier APQP document review, data collection and PPAP document approval;Participate in the development, evaluation, and introduction of new suppliers, and participate in the evaluation of the initial samples of suppliers;Responsible for supporting the supplier choosing and maintenance and regular audits of suppliers according to IATF16949 management system to promote internal quality improvement of suppliers;Contribute and support continuous improvement of functional system and assessment system of each quality part;Responsible for supporting the internal problem analysis, countermeasure formulation, implementation, and follow-up of abnormal feedback from customers, external preparation of 8D improvement report, reporting the abnormal cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, quality improvement status, etc., tracking product quality improvement results from customers;Monitoring of quality indicators and promotion of continuous improvement efforts;Assist with external customer audit and follow-up improvement;Participate in the preparation of quality manual and procedure documents of the quality system, ensure the certification, and ensure the promotion, implementation, supervision, and continuous optimization of the system;Support the establishment of a standardized quality management system according to the requirements of system standards and the current situation of the company and be responsible for the promotion and implementation of the company's quality management system and the monitoring of the operation of the system;Other tasks assigned by supervisor.competênciasBachelors degree or above, major in science or engineering is preferred;Steady and generous, strong ability to work under pressure;Strong communication and coordination skills;Strong sense of responsibility, Hard-working, positive;1 to 2 years or above working experience in the quality industry, preferably in the automotive industry;Experience with ISO9001 & IATF16949 & ISO14001 management systems;Knowledge of the VDA6.3\VDA6.5, QC seven techniques, five tools;Requirements for the ability to audit suppliers;Good communication skills, problem analysis ability, strong coordination ability and team spirit.principais benefíciosOpportunity to participed in a new project.
