What We Offer €35,000-€50,000 Lisbon, hybrid working Benefits and package Your Role Write automated unit and integration tests Mentor junior engineers and support their growth Design, build, and maintain scalable, reusable test automation frameworks and libraries.
Implement testing across unit, integration, and ATDD-level system tests.
Assess current test coverage, define targets, and drive increased automation to support full CI/CD pipelines.
Develop a library of reusable test automation components.
Define and enforce QA best practices, standards, and processes platform-wide.
Requirement Hands-on testing experience with large-scale Saa S platforms (cloud & on-prem).
Skilled in implementing automated tests to improve platform and service quality.
Proficient with automation tools: Robot Framework, Playwright, Selenium, Appium, JUnit, Test NG, etc.
Experienced with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab Pipelines, Azure Dev Ops..
Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Dev Ops practices and their QA implications.
Keeps current with industry trends and test automation innovations.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
