Your role As a QA Engineer at Twistag, you'll be instrumental in delivering high-quality digital products.
You'll combine technical skills with a user-first mindset to ensure flawless performance and usability.
Working closely with developers, PMs, and designers, you'll help deliver smooth, high-quality digital experiences.
What will you do Design and execute robust automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for web and mobile applications, using TypeScript/JavaScript with frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Cypress.
Perform thorough manual testing, covering functionality, usability, compatibility, and exploratory testing for mobile platforms.
Create comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with product goals and user expectations.
Identify, document, and prioritize defects in Jira, providing clear steps to reproduce them and collaborating with developers to ensure swift resolutions.
Conduct performance testing to optimize mobile applications under various conditions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables that align with client and user needs.
Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and deliver actionable insights that elevate product quality.
Ensure every release meets our high standards of quality, reliability, and user delight.
What you bring 3+ years as a QA Engineer for web and mobile applications, preferably with business applications like CDP, CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms.
Working proficiency in English is essential for collaboration with global clients.
Strong in TypeScript/JavaScript for automated test development.
Hands-on with testing tools like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Maestro (for iOS/Android), and API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, Apollo Studio).
Proficient with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Experienced with bug-tracking tools like Jira.
Knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
